So, I weighed myself today, all excited to see what changes the Velocity diet had brought to my body. So? What’s changed in the last three days? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It’s the dietary equivalent of finding coal in your stocking.
Actually, though I’m surprised, I’m not disappointed. But I bet I would be if I was desperate to lose weight! Body fat/muscle, weight and body water all exactly the same as three days ago. I did have a bit of a blowout on my meal day (pizza and nachos!!!..nom, nom, nom) but I’m pretty darn sure I didn’t eat enough to counteract 3 days of velocity dieting!
Oh well, I checked three times so unless there’s something wrong with my scales, (I’ll check on Wednesday) these are my stats for Day 15.

Weight – 79.5kg (177.4lb) – down 5.4kg*
Body Fat – 20.3% – down 3.1%*
Body Muscle – 39.9% – up 1.7%*
Total Body Water – 58.1% – up 2.3%*
