It’s a busy world and you’ve got 2000 calories to get through each day. Who has time to spread their meals across the day like a sucker? But with healthy food all the rage at the moment, it’s getting harder and harder to eat over 1000 calories at a time!
Don’t fret though, we’ve found five foods which will handle your total calorie intake for the day in one hit!
1. Burger King’s NY Pizza Burger – 2530 calories
The NY Pizza burger from Burger King is four times the size of the chain’s Whopper, comes on a nine and a half inch sesame bun, and contains 2530 calories. Not only that, it can be purchased as a meal, giving you the option of bumping yourself tidily over the 3,000 calorie mark!
2. Cold Stone PB&C – 2010 calories
Sure, at a mere 2010 calories, the Cold Stone PB&C is practically a celery stick compared to some of the other items on our list. But bear in mind, this 2000 calorie-topping item has convenience on it’s side. That’s right, it’s a milkshake! You don’t even have to chew!
The Cold Stone PB&C is made with chocolate ice cream, milk and peanut butter, contains 131 grams of fat (68 grams of which are saturated), and 153 grams of sugar, and is the milkshake equivalent of 68 rashers of bacon.
3. Outback Steakhouse Aussie Cheese Fries – 2710 calories
Wow, does anyone out there actually want to eat this? Think about how often food looks worse in person than in a picture. This is the picture! Still, if you do want to give it a go, your body can look forward to 203 grams of fat, over 6 grams of salt, and a few difficult days on the toilet.
(We’ve just noticed that if you combined the three items in our top three, a burger, a milkshake and fries, you’d have a typical fast food meal. Only this one would have 7250 calories in it, and would probably kill you…)
4. Uno Chicago Grill Chicago Classic Pizza – 2310 calories
It should be noted here that the calories we’ve quoted are for the individual size pizza. Though Uno Chicago Grill’s dietary information states that one serving of their Chicago Classic pizza contains 770 calories, they have chosen to describe one serving as only a third of a pizza they themselves describe as individual sized!
There may in fact be examples of other companies who’s pizzas have even more calories than this one, but as we felt that they were being misleading as well as fattening, we decided to pick on them. Nice work guys!
5. The Cheesecake Factory Chicken and Biscuits – 2260 calories
Chicken breast served over mashed potatoes with shortcake biscuits, mushrooms, peas and carrots and covered with country gravy doesn’t sound too bad, right? Well, though it isn’t as obviously fast-foody as the rest, it still weighs in at 2260 calories.
Factor in the PB&C equaling 68 grams of saturated fat, and you might want to just stick to their cheesecakes. They’re probably better for you.
