So, we’re finally here! Julie begins her final week of body transformation-ness. For the past 12 weeks Julie has been following a programme of diet and exercise to see how much it was possible to change her body shape.
We did no calorie counting, no food weighing, there were no food groups that were excluded and Julie never had to go hungry.
When Julie first agreed to do this little experiment with me, she warned me that she had been trying to lose weight for years and hadn’t managed it. She thought she wasn’t capable of it. She was wrong.
I’m massively proud of Julie for what she’s achieved, and very happy to have such clear proof that anyone can achieve what they are after by making a few changes to their lifestyle.
Though some of you won’t be able to get where you want to in 12 weeks, hopefully this is enough to prove to you that taking things step-by-step will get you where you want to be.
