So, it’s been a month since I finished the velocity diet, and as promised, here’s a final post detailing how much weight I gained back after returning to a normal diet. As I mentioned, I knew that there was no way that I wouldn’t gain a few kilograms after I started eating again, but I’m still surprised by just how much I put back on.

So, that’s it. The velocity diet is finally over. I lost a total of 7.8kg, my body fat plummeted, my body muscle soared, my stomach gurgled, and I’m left with some impressive figures, some graphs, and a gnawing sense of doubt. Click through for the lowdown.

Obviously my scales heard my threats yesterday as my body fat percentage has indeed dropped below 20% on them. Also, I got down to my last few scoops of protein powder this morning so I bought a few pre-mixed bottles to keep me going until Sunday. Can’t anyone make a decent tasting protein shake?!!
